In a world where it's almost impossible to imagine living without technology, it may seem counterintuitive to consider taking a break from our devices. We have become so attached to our screens, sometimes preferring them to real human interaction.

Technology has truly transformed our lives and it is so intricately woven into our day to day activities, that a separation can seem impossible. 

While many of us use social media and our devices to perform our daily job functions (imagine a day without emails? Just to think, the first email was sent just 49 years ago), but how we interact with our devices on our personal time is something worth considering.

In this video, I'm sharing some of the impact our interaction with our devices can have on our mental and physical health and some of the ways that we can improve our overall wellbeing.
