We understand that COVID19 only spreads if we spread it and many understand the importance of strict hand-washing and social distancing to curb the spread of this disease.
But what happens when people start to break the law?
More specifically, what happens when those who are confirmed to have COVID19 infection refuse to comply with the protocols set in place for isolation and contact tracing?
And what about healthcare workers who fail to complete important forms correctly, making it difficult to trace positive cases?
